Common use of Proprietary Information and Non-Competition Agreement Clause in Contracts

Proprietary Information and Non-Competition Agreement. Each of the Company's employees shall have executed and delivered to the Company an Employment Agreement, substantially in the form attached hereto as EXHIBIT "5.5A" or EXHIBIT "5.5B," which agreement contains non-disclosure and non-competition provisions therein.
