PROPRIETARY INFORMATION/TRADE SECRETS. The Bidder shall identify those portions of its Bid that it deems to be confidential, proprietary information or trade secrets, and shall provide justification why such materials should not be disclosed by the City. The Bidder shall clearly indicate all materials the Bidder desires to remain confidential by stamping the pages on which such information appears, at the top and bottom thereof with the word “Confidential.” Such materials stamped “Confidential” must be easily separable from the non-confidential sections of the Bid.
