Proprietary Rights Ownership. a. All work accomplished pursuant to this Agreement, tangible and intangible, will be the sole and exclusive property of Foundation; and in addition to the obligations imposed above, Contractor will deliver all such work to Foundation prior to expiration or termination of this Agreement or Contractor’s performance pursuant to this Agreement. b.
