PROPRIETARY RIGHTS - RIGHT TO CORRECT AND MODIFY. 8.1 The Airbus Software is proprietary to the Licensor or the Licensor has acquired the intellectual property rights necessary to grant this Software License. The copyright and all other proprietary rights in the Airbus Software are and shall remain the property of the Licensor. 8.2 The Licensor reserves the right to correct and modify any Airbus Software at its sole discretion and the Licensee shall not undertake any correction or modification of the Airbus Software without the Licensor’s prior written approval. The Licensee shall install any Updates provided by the Licensor, at its own cost, in accordance with the time schedule notified with the provision of such Update(s). In the event of the Licensee failing to install any such Update(s), the Licensor shall be relieved of any warranty or liability of any kind with respect to the conformity or operation of the Airbus Software.
