Prorated Extended Contract Rate. The weekly pay rate for additional weeks beyond the 196-day (39-full-week) academic year specified in 5.11.1., shall be equal to the Residential Faculty member’s base salary (as specified by the salary schedule in this section) divided by 39 weeks.
