Common use of Prorated Members Clause in Contracts

Prorated Members. Those full-time members who, by mutual agreement, have a continuing workload, which is a fraction of a normal continuing workload for members of their classification. Such members shall be accorded benefits under this agreement prorated as is currently the practice in the spring semester, 2002.
