Proration of Service Fees Upon Termination. If this Agreement is terminated early, as provided for above in Section 9(b)-9(e), in addition to any fees and other amounts due and owing to ExED as may be set forth in each such Section, ExED’s Service fees and expense reimbursements shall prorated to the date of such termination, and ExED shall have the right to payment for all Services rendered and reimbursable expenses incurred up to the date of termination of this Agreement.
