Common use of Prosecution and Maintenance of Patents Clause in Contracts

Prosecution and Maintenance of Patents. Subject to Section 6.7, Prosecution and Maintenance of all Patents directed to any Inventions [***] shall be carried out in accordance with Section 7.3 of the Master Collaboration Agreement.
