Prosecution by DFCI. Upon Licensee relinquishing responsibility for prosecution and surrendering its license pursuant to Section 6.3, DFCI shall thereafter have the right, but not any obligation, to prosecute, obtain issuance of, and/or maintain such Patent Rights relinquished by Licensee in such country(ies) or region(s) at its own cost, and any such applications and resultant patents shall not be subject to this Agreement.
