Prosecution by Introgen. Introgen shall have the right, at its option, to control the filing for, prosecution and maintenance of the Licensed Patents. Upon request by Gendux from time to time, Introgen shall advise Gendux as to the status of any particular patent or patent application within the Licensed Patents within the Field.
