Protected Computer Software. and Scientific and Technical Articles developed pursuant to this Agreement are the property of Caltech and any use of such Protected Computer Software or Scientific and Technical Articles by Partner other than as authorized by paragraph F. of this Article, or in the Invention and Patent Rights Article of this Agreement, must be negotiated with the Office of Technology Transfer & Corporate Partnerships at Caltech through the Office of Contracts Management at JPL.
