PROTECTION AGAINST WATER AND STORM. A. The Contractor shall take all precautions necessary to prevent damage to the Work by storms or by water entering the site of the Work directly or through the ground. In case of damage by storm or water, the Contractor shall at his own cost and expense make such repairs or replacements or rebuild such parts of the Work as the Engineer may require in order that the finished Work may be completed as required by the Contract.
