PROTECTION FROM THIRD PARTIES. The Customer hereby indemnifies the Bank against, and hold it harmless from, any and all liabilities, claims, costs, expenses and damages of any nature in any way arising out of or relating to disputes or legal actions by third parties concerning the use or Bank’s provision of the Services. The Customer’s obligations under this section shall survive termination of this agreement.
