PROTECTION FROM THIRD PARTIES. You will indemnify and defend us against and hold us harmless from any and all liabilities, claims, costs, expenses and damages of any nature (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or relating to disputes or legal actions by parties other than you and us concerning a service. The obligations contained in the preceding sentence will continue after a service you are using is terminated. This section does not apply to any cost or damage incurred by a third party which is attributable to our gross negligence or intentional misconduct and for which we are legally responsible.
