Common use of Protection of Brokers Clause in Contracts

Protection of Brokers. If Landlord xxxxx xxe Property, or assixxx Xxxxxxxx'x xnterest in this Lease, to buyer or assignee shall, by accepting such conveyance of the Property or assignment of the Lease, be conclusively deemed to have agreed to make all payments to Landlord's Broker thereafter required of Landlord under this Article Fourteen. Landlord's Broker shall have the right to bring a legal action to enxxxxx xx declare rights under this provision.
