Protection of Individual Obligor Information. In addition to its general obligation to comply with the applicable Requirements of Law and the obligations of Section 9.02(a), each party hereto that has access to Obligor Information shall (and, in the case of the Borrower, shall cause the Servicer to) comply with all applicable Privacy Requirements with respect to such Obligor Information.
