Protection of Patents, etc. In general, the Assignor shall take -------------------------- any and all such actions (including but not limited to institution and maintenance of suits, proceedings or actions) as may be necessary or appropriate to properly maintain, protect, preserve, care for and enforce the Patent Collateral. The Assignor shall not take or fail to take any action, nor permit any action to be taken or not taken by others under its control, which would affect the validity, grant or enforcement of any of the Patent Collateral.
