PROTECTION OF PERSON AND PROPERTY. 8.8.1 CONTRACTOR shall adopt every practical means and comply with all laws, ordinances and regulations in order to minimize interferences to traffic and inconveniences, discomfort and damage to the public, including the provision of adequate dust control measures. All obstructions to traffic shall be guarded.
