Protection of Project Results. The party holding the ownership rights to Project Results is obligated to investigate the possibilities to protect, including filing for patent registration of, such Project Results. When assessing potential protective measures, and the scope and implementation of these, consideration shall also be given to the legitimate needs of the other Participants, including safeguarding the access rights set out in this Collaboration Agreement.
