Protection of Public Lands. The Owner shall neither deposit, nor permit to be deposited, fill, debris, building materials or construction equipment, nor allow vehicles access for any purpose, on the public lands of the Subdivision as described in Schedule “E” hereto, and furthermore, it shall neither remove nor permit to be removed, any fill, top soil, trees or shrubs from the said public lands, other than roads, without the prior consent of the Township.
