Protection of Resident Workers. The City of Dearborn supports the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) which includes provisions addressing employment eligibility, employment verification and non-discrimination. The contractor is held responsible to establish appropriate procedures and controls so no services under this contract will be performed by any worker who is not legally eligible to perform such services. The City of Dearborn shall have the right to terminate the contract if the City determines that the contractor has failed to perform satisfactorily with respect to its employment practices in support of INA.
