Common use of Protection of Subscriber Content Clause in Contracts

Protection of Subscriber Content. Inriver will maintain, as part of the Service, commercially reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to secure Subscriber Content against accidental or unlawful destruction, access, loss, alteration or disclosure and shall ensure that industry standard cyber security measures are in place to keep the Service free from Malware. Subscriber Content is backed up regularly everyday as protection against accidental or intentional data destruction (see more about Inriver security in section 4.2 below). Subscriber is responsible to ensure that the Subscriber Content remains in compliance with applicable law and shall ensure that industry standard cyber security measures are in place to keep Subscriber Content free from Malware.
