Common use of Protection of Third Parties Clause in Contracts

Protection of Third Parties. No person (including a purchaser) dealing with the Agent or a Receiver or its or his agents will be concerned to enquire: (a) whether the Secured Liabilities have become payable; (b) whether any power which the Agent or a Receiver is purporting to exercise has become exercisable or is being properly exercised; (c) whether any money remains due under the Finance Documents; or (d) how any money paid to the Agent or to that Receiver is to be applied.

Protection of Third Parties. No person (including a purchaser) dealing with the Security Agent or a Receiver or its or his agents will be concerned to enquire: (a) whether the Secured Liabilities have become payable; (b) whether any power which the Security Agent or a Receiver is purporting to exercise has become exercisable or is being properly exercised; (c) whether any money remains due under the Finance Documents; or (d) how any money paid to the Security Agent or to that Receiver is to be applied.

Protection of Third Parties. No person (including a purchaser) dealing with the Collateral Agent or a Receiver or its or his agents will be concerned to enquire: (a) whether the Secured Liabilities have become payable; (b) whether any power which the Collateral Agent or a Receiver is purporting to exercise has become exercisable or is being properly exercised; (c) whether any money remains due under the Finance Loan Documents; or (d) how any money paid to the Collateral Agent or to that Receiver is to be applied.

Protection of Third Parties. No person (including a purchaser) dealing with the Security Agent or a Receiver or its or his agents will be concerned to enquire: (a) whether any of the Secured Liabilities have become due or payable, or remain unpaid or undischarged; (b) whether any power which the Security Agent or a Receiver is purporting to exercise has become exercisable or is being properly exercised; (c) whether any money remains due under the Finance Documents; or (dc) how any money paid to the Security Agent or to that a Receiver is to be applied.

Protection of Third Parties. No person (including a purchaser) dealing with the Collateral Agent or a Receiver or its or his agents will be concerned to enquire: (a) whether the Secured Liabilities Obligations have become payable; (b) whether any power which the Collateral Agent or a Receiver is purporting to exercise has become exercisable or is being properly exercised; (c) whether any money remains due under the Finance Loan Documents; or (d) how any money paid to the Collateral Agent or to that Receiver is to be applied.

No person (including a purchaser) dealing with the Security Agent or a Receiver or its or his their agents will be concerned to need enquire: (a) whether the Secured Liabilities have become payable; (b) whether any power which the Security Agent or a Receiver is purporting to exercise has become exercisable or is being properly exercised; (c) whether any money remains due under the Finance Documents; or (d) how any money paid to the Security Agent or to that Receiver is to be applied.

Protection of Third Parties. No person (including a purchaserbuyer) dealing with the Security Agent or a Receiver or its or his agents will be concerned representatives needs to enquireenquire as to: (a) whether the Secured Liabilities have become payablean Event of Default is continuing; (b) whether any of the Secured Liabilities have become due or payable; (c) whether any power which the Agent or a Receiver that any of them is purporting attempting to exercise has become exercisable or is being properly exercised; (c) whether any money remains due under the Finance Documents; or (d) how any money moneys paid to the Security Agent or to that Receiver is to will be applied.

Protection of Third Parties. No person (including a purchaser) dealing with the Security Agent or a Receiver or its or his agents will be concerned to enquire: (a) whether the Secured Liabilities Obligations have become payable; (b) whether any power which the Security Agent or a Receiver is purporting to exercise has become exercisable or is being properly exercised; (c) whether any money remains due under the Finance Secured Debt Documents; or (d) how any money paid to the Security Agent or to that Receiver is to be applied.

No person (including a purchaser) dealing with the Agent Security Trustee or a Receiver or its or his agents will be concerned to enquire: (a) whether the Secured Liabilities Obligations have become payable; (b) whether any power which the Agent Security Trustee or a Receiver is purporting to exercise has become exercisable or is being properly exercised; (c) whether any money remains due under the Finance Debt Documents; or (d) how any money paid to the Agent Security Trustee or to that Receiver is to be applied.

No person (including a purchaser) dealing with the Security Agent or a Receiver or its or his the agents of either will be concerned to enquire: (a) whether the Secured Liabilities have become payable;; or (b) whether any power which the Security Agent or a the Receiver is purporting to exercise has become exercisable or is being properly exercised;exercisable; or (c) whether any money remains due under the Finance DocumentsIndentures or this Charge; or (d) how any money paid to the Security Agent or to that the Receiver is to be applied.

No person (including a purchaser) dealing with the Agent Security Trustee or a Receiver or its or his agents delegate will be concerned to enquire: (a) whether the Secured Liabilities Obligations have become payable; (b) whether any power which the Agent Security Trustee or a Receiver is purporting to exercise has become exercisable or is being properly exercised; (c) whether any money remains due under in respect of the Finance DocumentsSecured Obligations; or (d) how any money paid to the Agent Security Trustee or to that Receiver is to be applied.

No person (including a purchaser) dealing with the Agent Security Trustee or a Receiver or its or his agents will be concerned to enquire: (a) whether the Secured Liabilities have become payable;; or (b) whether any power which the Agent Security Trustee or a the Receiver is purporting to exercise has become exercisable or is being properly exercised;exercisable; or (c) whether any money remains due under the Finance DocumentsSecured Liabilities remain due; or (d) how any money paid to the Agent Security Trustee or to that the Receiver is to be applied.
