Contractor shall shall, immediately and in writing, report to the Owner's Authorized Representative, all pertinent facts relating to such property damage and the ultimate disposition of the claim for damage. . F.2.4 Contractor is shall be responsible for protection of adjacent work areas including impacts brought about by activities, equipment, labor, utilities, vehicles and materials on the site. F.2.5 Contractor shall at all times direct its activities in such a manner as to minimize adverse effects on the environment. Handling of all materials will shall be conducted so no release will occur that may pollute or become hazardous. F.2.6 In an emergency affecting the safety of life or limb or of the Work or of adjoining property, the Contractor, without special instruction or authorization from the Owner's Authorized Representative, shall act reasonably to prevent threatened loss or injury, and shall so act, without appeal, if instructed by the Owner's Authorized Representative. Any compensation claimed by the Contractor on account of emergency work shall be determined in accordance withwith section D.
