Common use of Provide Copies of Notices Clause in Contracts

Provide Copies of Notices. Seller shall furnish Buyer with a copy of all notices received by Seller from any governmental authority or other party of any alleged violation of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation or order of any governmental or public authority relating to the Property within five (5) business days following Seller’s receipt thereof.
