Provide Information Regarding. Major Changes in UWNCFL-Funded Programs and/or Services, or the Development of Serious Financial Problems within the Agency To support impact toward community problem solving through program funding and to ensure fiscal accountability, UWNCFL must be notified of any major agency or programmatic changes within 24 hours of said change. Those include change of CEO, location, services, etc. Agencies are also required to contact the UWNCFL Community Impact Department when knowledge of serious financial problems exists. In the event that an agency files for bankruptcy under either Chapter 7 or Chapter 11, all monies allocated to the agency by UWNCFL will revert to UWNCFL. Continued monthly allocation payments to an agency will be contingent upon its fiscal soundness as determined by UWNCFL. UWNCFL holds the right to monitor funded programs and/or services as needed.
