Provide MoDOT with the PoDI and Potential PoDI List. After the Final PoDI selections have been made, and the PoDI Tracker Spreadsheet have been reviewed for accuracy and consistency, the PITL will ensure the PoDI Tracker Summary Tab is correct. The PITL and PDTL will then provide MoDOT Leadership with a copy of the PoDI Tracker Spreadsheet and Summary Tab for inclusion in MoDOT’s EPG (Article 123.1.1 following approval of the project specific PoDI plans. Each TE and Program Specialist will provide their MoDOT counterparts (Districts and Central Office Divisions) with a copy of the PoDI list and discuss the final project selections and focused reviews and other PoDI activities with them at that time.

  • Joint Funded Project with the Ohio Department of Transportation In the event that the Recipient does not have contracting authority over project engineering, construction, or right-of- way, the Recipient and the OPWC hereby assign certain responsibilities to the Ohio Department of Transportation, an authorized representative of the State of Ohio. Notwithstanding Sections IV, VI.A., VI.B., VI.C., and VII of the Project Agreement, Recipient hereby acknowledges that upon notification by the Ohio Department of Transportation, all payments for eligible project costs will be disbursed by the Grantor directly to the Ohio Department of Transportation. A Memorandum of Funds issued by the Ohio Department of Transportation shall be used to certify the estimated project costs. Upon receipt of a Memorandum of Funds from the Ohio Department of Transportation, the OPWC shall transfer funds directly to the Ohio Department of Transportation via an Intra-State Transfer Voucher. The amount or amounts transferred shall be determined by applying the Participation Percentages defined in Appendix D to those eligible project costs within the Memorandum of Funds. In the event that the Project Scope is for right-of-way only, notwithstanding Appendix D, the OPWC shall pay for 100% of the right-of-way costs not to exceed the total financial assistance provided in Appendix C.   • Contact with Third Parties In the event that Supplier receives a request from a third party (including an individual) to access any Personal Information in Supplier’s possession, Supplier will promptly forward a copy of such request to DXC and will cooperate with DXC in responding to any such request. Upon DXC’s request, Supplier will make Personal Information in its possession available to DXC or any Third Party designated in writing by DXC and will update Personal Information in Supplier’s possession in accordance with DXC's written instructions. If any government or competent authority requests Supplier to disclose or allow access to Personal Information, Supplier shall, unless legally prohibited, immediately notify DXC of such request and shall not disclose or allow access to such Personal Information without first giving DXC an opportunity to consult with the requesting government or authority to seek to prevent such disclosure or access. Supplier will respond to any such government or enforcement authority request only after consultation with DXC and at DXC’s discretion, unless otherwise required by law. Supplier shall promptly notify DXC if any complaints are received from Third Parties about its Processing of Personal Information, and Supplier shall not make any admissions or take any action that may be prejudicial to the defense or settlement of any such complaint. Supplier shall provide DXC with such reasonable assistance as it may require in connection with resolving any such complaint.

Grantee shall be responsible for payment of all taxes, assessments, fees, premiums, permits, and licenses required by law. Grantee shall be responsible for payment of any such government obligations not paid by its Subcontractors during performance of this Contract.
