Provided by Adobe Sample Clauses

The 'Provided by Adobe' clause identifies products, services, or features that are supplied directly by Adobe within an agreement or offering. This clause typically clarifies which components of a bundled service or software suite are the responsibility of Adobe, as opposed to those provided by third parties or partners. For example, it may specify that certain cloud storage, support, or proprietary tools are managed and maintained by Adobe. Its core function is to delineate responsibility and ensure users understand which elements are covered by Adobe’s terms, support, and warranties, thereby reducing confusion and potential disputes over service obligations.
