Common use of Provider Access Clause in Contracts

Provider Access. To the extent reasonably required for personnel of the Provider to perform the Services for which the Provider is responsible hereunder, the Recipient shall provide personnel of the Provider with access to its equipment, office space, plants, telecommunications and computer equipment and systems, and any other areas and equipment.
