Common use of Provider Access Clause in Contracts

Provider Access. To the extent reasonably required for personnel of the Provider to perform the Transition Services, the Recipient shall provide personnel of any Provider Party with access during normal business hours (to the extent practicable) to its equipment, office space, plants, telecommunications and computer equipment and systems, and any other areas and equipment. Provider personnel shall comply with all reasonable requirements set by Recipient related to the access permitted hereunder.
