Provider and IRO. If Good Shepherd terminates its IRO or if the IRO withdraws from the engagement during the term of the CIA, Good Shepherd must submit a notice explaining its reasons for termination or the reason for withdrawal to OIG no later than 30 days after termination or withdrawal. Good Shepherd must engage a new IRO in accordance with Paragraph A of this Appendix and within 60 days of termination or withdrawal of the IRO.
