PROVIDER APPLICATION AND VALIDATION FOR ENROLLMENT. (PAVE) The federal 21st Century 35 Cures Act requires that states screen, enroll, and re-validate network providers within managed care 36 organizations. In order to comply with the requirements set forth in the Cures Act, the Department of 1 (MHP) enroll in Medi-Cal through the PAVE platform. Applicable network providers are required to 2 enroll in Medi-Cal using the Ordering, Referring, Prescribing (ORP) enrollment pathway.
