Customer Environment. The computing environment (excluding any software expressly provided by Verint on an Order) separately procured, prepared and maintained by Customer for the access and use of the products and services, where such computing environment meets Verint’s then-current minimum requirements for the applicable products and services.

Customer Environment. Customer is responsible for the establishment of the Customer Environment necessary for Customer’s use of the SaaS Services, and for the installation and configuration of the on-premise components in that Customer Environment, each as Verint may specify in the Documentation. Additionally, Customer acknowledges and agrees that Verint is not responsible for obtaining, licensing or selling any hardware, peripherals or third-party software or interfaces needed to prepare or maintain the Customer Environment, or backing up such Customer Environment.

Additionally, Customer acknowledges and agrees that Verint is not responsible for obtaining, licensing or selling any hardware, peripherals or third-party software or interfaces needed to prepare or maintain the Customer Environment, or backing up such Customer Environment.
Customer Environment. The computing environment separately procured, prepared and maintained by Customer for the access, integration and use of the SaaS Services, as further specified in Section 3.2 of Schedule B.
Customer Environment. Customer will provide hardware, software and connectivity to access and use the Services, including any required Customer-specific URL addresses and associated certificates. The Documentation on the Web-App may have additional Customer responsibilities.
Customer Environment. Iron Mountain shall bear no liability to Customer or any third-party resulting from Customer’s decision not to implement any reasonable change to Customer’s technical environment that supports the Offering that may be advised by Iron Mountain in writing; and Customer shall hold Iron Mountain harmless from and against any suit or proceeding (including reasonable attorneys' fees) brought against Iron Mountain arising directly from such a failure to provide the necessary access and/or support for Iron Mountain to implement any such change. Further, Customer agrees to inform Iron Mountain of any Customer system change that may reasonably be expected to affect Iron Mountain’s ability to provide the Offering.

Customer Environment. Iron Mountain shall bear no liability to Customer and Customer shall indemnify and hold Iron Mountain harmless from and against any third-party claims (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) Customer’s decision not to implement any reasonable change to Customer’s technical environment that supports the Services that may be advised by Iron Mountain in writing; (b) Customer’s combination, operation, or use of the Documentation with any product, data, apparatus, or business method that Iron Mountain or its Suppliers did not provide; (c) Customer’s modification of the Documentation; (d) Customer’s distribution, operation or use of the Documentation for the benefit of a third party; or (e) Customer’s failure to use the Services in accordance with the Documentation. Further, Customer shall inform Iron Mountain of any system change that may reasonably be expected to affect Iron Mountain’s ability to provide the Services.

Further, Customer shall inform Iron Mountain of any system change that may reasonably be expected to affect Iron Mountain’s ability to provide the Services. Customer warrants that it shall (i) purchase encryption as part of the Services; or (ii) encrypt Data prior to transmission to Iron Mountain or its Suppliers using at least 256 bit encryption.

Further, Customer shall inform Iron Mountain of any system change that may reasonably be expected to affect Iron Mountain’s ability to provide the Services.
