PROVIDER CREDENTIALING AND CONTRACTING. 6.2.1 The PASSE must enter into Provider Contracts with providers to ensure network adequacy under the Agreement. The PASSE may execute Provider Contracts, pending the outcome of screening, enrollment, and revalidation, of up to 120 days. All contracted providers must be enrolled in Medicaid.
