Common use of Provider Intellectual Property Rights Clause in Contracts

Provider Intellectual Property Rights. The Platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality constitute Provider Intellectual Property Rights and are owned by the Provider, its licensors, or other providers of such material. Provider Intellectual Property Rights are protected by United States copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary laws. Nothing in this Agreement provides any assignment or license to Provider’s Intellectual Property Rights, except for a limited, nonexclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, terminable right to use the Platform and Services in accordance with the Agreement.
