Provider Responsibilities The Private Child-Caring Facility (PCC) (a.k.a., Provider) must comply with the following requirements:
Responsibilities of the Contractor The Contractor shall provide all technical and professional expertise, knowledge, management, and other resources required for accomplishing all aspects of the tasks and associated activities identified in the Scope of Work. In the event that the need arises for the Contractor to perform services beyond those stated in the Scope of Work, the Contractor and the City shall negotiate mutually agreeable terms and compensation for completing the additional services.
Responsibilities of Both Parties 6.1 The CLEC providing the circuit between CLEC’s office and SBC-12STATE’s office shall make such circuits available for use in connection with the DA services covered herein. When the total traffic exceeds the capability of the existing circuits, additional circuits will be provided by the CLEC.
Continuing Responsibilities of Company Notwithstanding the occurrence of any event of default, Company will remain liable to Authority for all payments payable hereunder and for all preceding breaches of any covenant of this Agreement. Furthermore, unless Authority elects to terminate this Agreement, Company will remain liable for and promptly pay any and all payments accruing hereunder until termination of this Agreement.
Responsibilities of Contractor A. The Contractor shall perform all work on the described project as required by the Contract documents. The work to be performed includes the labor and services necessary to produce such replacement, and all materials, supplies, tools, transportation, equipment, and machinery required for replacement.

PROVIDER’S RESPONSIBILITIES A Provider (HUB or non-HUB) must perform a minimum of 30% of the contract with its employees (as defined by the Internal Revenue Service). The contract is subject to the HSP Good Faith Effort Requirements.
CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITY FOR SYSTEM AGENCY’S TERMINATION COSTS If the System Agency terminates the Contract for cause, the Contractor shall be responsible to the System Agency for all costs incurred by the System Agency and the State of Texas to replace the Contractor. These costs include, but are not limited to, the costs of procuring a substitute vendor and the cost of any claim or litigation attributable to Contractor’s failure to perform any Work in accordance with the terms of the Contract.
