The Provider Services Manager shall, at a minimum, be responsible for the provider services helpline performance, provider recruitment, contracting and credentialing, facilitating the provider claims dispute process, developing and distributing the provider manual and education materials and developing outreach programs. The Provider Services Manager oversees the process of providing information to the State fiscal agent regarding the Contractor’s provider network, including PMPs, via Provider Healthcare Portal (Portal).   • ADMINISTRATION SERVICES When a medical prescription drug is administered by infusion, the administration of the prescription drug may be covered separately from the prescription drug.
