The 'Provider Services Manager' clause designates a specific individual or role responsible for overseeing and coordinating the delivery of services by the provider under the agreement. The Provider Services Manager, in close coordination with other key staff, is responsible for ensuring that all of the Contractor’s provider services operations are in compliance with the terms of the Contract.
