Providing Aid Clause Samples
The 'Providing Aid' clause establishes the obligation or permission for one party to offer assistance or support to another under specified circumstances. This may include supplying resources, personnel, technical expertise, or financial help during emergencies, project execution, or unforeseen events. By clearly outlining when and how aid should be provided, the clause ensures that parties have a mutual understanding of their responsibilities, thereby facilitating cooperation and minimizing disputes during critical situations.
Providing Aid. 2.1 The Parties agree to cooperate in providing aid with fire and EMS personnel for fire service, EMS, special rescue response, hazardous materials response, securely sharing sensitive and non- sensitive information and records, and providing additional resources and equipment outside their jurisdictions, subject to availability and the Chief’s discretion.
Providing Aid. The Providing Agency’s Chief or designee, in his or her sole discretion, has determined sufficient personnel, equipment, and resources are available for the specific assignment, and the health, safety, or welfare of the Responding Agency’s citizens will not be endangered by dispatching personnel or equipment or resources outside of the Responding Agency’s jurisdictional limits.
Providing Aid. 1. The Provider provides the Main Beneficiary support under the Agreement and the terms and conditions set forth therein, including support intended for Other Participants.
2. Following the Public Tender or Public Contract, the Provider undertakes to provide support for implementation in the amount specified in the Binding Parameters of Project Implementation in a way defined in the specific provisions of the Agreement. The payment schedule is specified in the Binding Parameters of Project Implementation.
