Providing the Services. 3.1 The Services the Barrister is to supply in relation to the Case will be described in the Instructions and as may subsequently be agreed between the Barrister and the Solicitor. 3.2 The Barrister will exercise reasonable skill and care in supplying the Services. 3.3 The Barrister supplies the Services on the basis set out in these General Terms and subject to the Barrister's professional obligations under the BSB Handbook. 3.4 The Barrister will supply the Services by or on such date or dates as may be agreed with the Solicitor or, where no specific date has been agreed, will do so within a reasonable time having regard to the urgency and nature of the Instructions. Instructions that are urgent shall be clearly marked as such if the Instructions are in writing or otherwise expressly stated to be urgent by the Solicitor, and time shall be of the essence for the supply of those Services.
