Provincial Requirements. The Recipient acknowledges that pursuant to the Provincial Agreement, the City is required to comply with certain accounting and reporting requirements. The Recipient agrees to provide the City with such records, documents and information at such times and to do any other thing or things as may be necessary or desirable in order for the City to comply with the accounting and reporting requirements set out in the Provincial Agreement. The Recipient agrees to indemnify and save harmless the City in the event of a breach of such obligations by the Recipient.
