Common use of Provision and Access Clause in Contracts

Provision and Access. Subject to the terms and conditions contained herein, Pedigree agrees to provide access to the features and functions of the Hosted Application and Communication Network during the Term solely for use by Authorized End Users. Pedigree shall provide to Client the necessary passwords and internet addresses to allow Client to access the Hosted Application.
