Provision and Removal of Equipment. A3.1 The Contractor shall provide all the Equipment necessary for the supply of the Services. A3.2 The Contractor shall not deliver any Equipment nor begin any work on the Premises without obtaining prior Approval. The Contractor is solely responsible for making good any damage to the Premises or any objects contained thereon, other than fair wear and tear, which is caused by the Contractor or any Contractor’s Personnel.
