EMPLOYEE warrants that he does not have any claim, charge, or complaint, either formal or informal, pending against EMPLOYER or any of the other Released Parties with any court, tribunal, administrative agency, governmental agency, or other such body. EMPLOYEE further waives any right to monetary recovery should any administrative or governmental agency pursue any claim on his behalf.
