Common use of Provision of Additional Services Clause in Contracts

Provision of Additional Services. 4.1. If the Company at any time wishes to instruct the Supplier to provide any Additional Services, the Company shall notify the Supplier of the details of the proposed Additional Services by sending to the Supplier a Draft Work Instruction, which shall be substantially in the form specified in Part 5 of the Schedule (Form of Work Instruction). Within five (5) Working Days of initial notification by the Company pursuant to this Clause 4.1 (or such other period as the Parties may agree), the Supplier shall (at its own cost) provide to the Company such information as the Company may request in connection with the proposed Additional Services and/or the Draft Work Instruction.
