Address and Contact AT&T Sales Contact Information 1. THE SERVICE AT&T will provide the Services designated on the Cover Page to Customer as ordered under this Attachment. The service descriptions and other provisions relating to the Services will be as set forth in this Attachment, the Agreement’s general terms and conditions, and the appropriate sections of the Service Guide. Pricing is set forth in the Pricing Schedule. 2. DEFINITIONS Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Attachment are defined elsewhere in the Agreement. A. “Effective Date” is the date on which the last party signs this Attachment. B. “Equipment” means AT&T provided equipment, Customer provided equipment and Purchased Equipment. C. “Initial Service Period” is the Period of Service stated on the first page of this Attachment. The Initial Service Period begins on the Service Activation Date of each Service Component or the date specified by AT&T for phased installations. D. “Purchased Equipment” means equipment sold under this Attachment by AT&T or its suppliers to Customer. E. “Service Activation Date” for each Service is either the Implementation Date (AT&T Managed Services), the Site Readiness Date (Client Managed Services), or the Production Ready Date (Enhanced Managed Services). F. “Service Guide” consists of the standard AT&T service descriptions and other provisions, as revised by AT&T from time to time, relating to Service offered under this Attachment. The Service Guide is located at xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/abs/serviceguide or at such other address as AT&T may specify by posting or email notice. G. “Service Period” is the Initial Service Period plus all Renewal Service Periods for each Service Component.

Remote Hands Service. INTELLETRACE will charge CUSTOMER for Remote Hands Service provided Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. colocation center local time, excluding holidays observed by INTELLETRACE, at an hourly rate. All Remote Hands Services provided during any other hours shall be charged at the After Hours/Expedited Rate. Technicians will be available to assist with installation, configuration, troubleshooting, documentation, maintenance, packaging, and handling of CUSTOMER equipment for shipping (“Remote Hands Service”). CUSTOMER is required to provide detailed written instructions necessary to complete any Remote Hands Service requested via email to xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. Remote Hands Service. Remote Hand Service is a basic operational, preventive and corrective maintenance service provided by HGC to the Customer for a number of hours per month (as provided for in the Agreement) on a 7x24 availability basis involving the following tasks: HGC CUSTOMER Please initial • Pushing a button • Switching a toggle • Setting a dip switch • Turning on or off power cycling (turning on and off) equipment • Securing cabling connections • Observing, describing or reporting on indicator lights or display information on the equipment • Keying in instructions through keyboard • Simple arrangement for the cables • Card re-seating The Remote Hand Service is performed in accordance with the Customer’s written instructions (which instructions must be clear, specific and not misleading) and the responsibility for the outcome of the actions performed lies with the Customer. In no way is HGC responsible for the outcome of any Remote Hand Service provided in accordance with the Customer’s instructions. The Customer shall give written instruction to HGC for such remote hands task by way of emails to: HGC shall provide on-site telephone support pursuant to written notice given to HGC in order to identify malfunctions in connection with the Customer. Each task comprising the Remote Hand Service will be carried out by HGC as soon as practicable and in any event, within 4 hours of HGC’s receipt of Customer’s written instruction. The minimum time log for each task shall be 1 hour and on a task exceeding 1 hour, minimum increment thereafter shall be 30 minutes. The number of hours of Remote Hand Service to which a Customer is entitled per month shall be exhausted at the end of each calendar month and shall not be accumulated with the Customer’s entitlement in respect of any other month.

  • Remote Work Remote work is the practice of performing required job functions from home or another management-approved location. Any employee who believes that all or part of their position is suitable for remote work may request to work remotely by submitting a written request to their supervisor. The Employer will evaluate the employee's request, and will approve or deny the request in writing. Employees whose requests to work remotely are approved may be required to sign an agreement confirming expectations regarding their schedule, timekeeping, remote work environment, data/information security and other matters specific to their position.

  • Remote Access Access to and use of the Data over the State Governmental Network (SGN) or Secure Access Washington (SAW) will be controlled by DSHS staff who will issue authentication credentials (e.g. a Unique User ID and Hardened Password) to Authorized Users on Contractor’s staff. Contractor will notify DSHS staff immediately whenever an Authorized User in possession of such credentials is terminated or otherwise leaves the employ of the Contractor, and whenever an Authorized User’s duties change such that the Authorized User no longer requires access to perform work for this Contract.

  • REMOTE ACCESS SERVICES ADDENDUM The Custodian and each Fund agree to be bound by the terms of the Remote Access Services Addendum hereto.

  • Product and Service Offerings The Products and services available under this Contract are set forth herein and specified in Appendices C and D which may be amended during the contract term to incorporate new Product or service offerings, price revisions or deleted items. This Contract is limited to sale, installation and maintenance of Product (see also 4.2 Service Offerings). Leasing is not permitted at this time. The Commissioner reserves the right to amend the Contract at any time to incorporate lease offerings. Offering updates should be submitted under the Contract as soon as possible after they are announced by Contractor in accordance with the terms of Appendix H. GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS A. No drug use of any type, nor consumption of alcoholic beverages by the Contractor or its personnel shall be permitted on the premises. B. The Authorized User will not be liable for any expense incurred by the Contractor as a consequence of any traffic infraction or parking violations attributable to employees of the Contractor. C. It is the Contractor's responsibility to maintain the equipment and materials provided for the work consistent with applicable safety and health codes. D. The Office of General Services' interpretation of specifications shall be final and binding upon the Contractor. E. The Office of General Services will make no allowance or concession to the Contractor for any alleged misunderstanding or deception because of quantity, quality, character, location, or other conditions.

  • DEPENDENT PERSONAL SERVICES 1. Subject to the provisions of Articles 16, 18 and 19, salaries, wages and other similar remuneration derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of an employment shall be taxable only in that State unless the employment is exercised in the other Contracting State. If the employment is so exercised, such remuneration as is derived therefrom may be taxed in that other State. 2. Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 1, remuneration derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of an employment exercised in the other Contracting State shall be taxable only in the first-mentioned State if: a) the recipient is present in the other State for a period or periods not exceeding in the aggregate 183 days in any twelve-month period commencing or ending in the tax year concerned, and b) the remuneration is paid by, or on behalf of, an employer who is not a resident of the other State, and c) the remuneration is not borne by a permanent establishment or a fixed base which the employer has in the other State. 3. Notwithstanding the preceding provisions of this Article, remuneration derived in respect of an employment exercised aboard a ship or aircraft operated in international traffic by a resident of a Contracting State, may be taxed in that State.

  • Remote Terminal Unit Prior to the Initial Synchronization Date of the Large Generating Facility, a Remote Terminal Unit, or equivalent data collection and transfer equipment acceptable to the Parties, shall be installed by Developer, or by Connecting Transmission Owner at Developer’s expense, to gather accumulated and instantaneous data to be telemetered to the location(s) designated by Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO through use of a dedicated point-to-point data circuit(s) as indicated in Article 8. 1. The communication protocol for the data circuit(s) shall be specified by Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO. Instantaneous bi-directional analog real power and reactive power flow information must be telemetered directly to the location(s) specified by Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO. Each Party will promptly advise the appropriate other Party if it detects or otherwise learns of any metering, telemetry or communications equipment errors or malfunctions that require the attention and/or correction by that other Party. The Party owning such equipment shall correct such error or malfunction as soon as reasonably feasible.

  • Processing of a Grievance It is recognized and accepted by the Union and the Employer that the processing of grievances as hereinafter provided is limited by the job duties and responsibilities of the employees and shall therefore be accomplished during normal working hours only when consistent with such employee duties and responsibilities. The aggrieved employee and a Union representative shall be allowed a reasonable amount of time without loss of pay when a grievance is investigated and presented to the Employer during normal working hours provided that the employee and the Union representative have notified and received the approval of the designated supervisor who has determined that such absence is reasonable and would not be detrimental to the work programs of the Employer.
