PROVISION OF CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION FOR CONTRACTED SERVICES. ETF, a different business associate of ETF or a contractor performing Services for ETF may provide Confidential Information to the Contractor under this Contract as the Department determines is necessary for the proper administration of this Contract, as provided by Wis. Stat. § 40.07 (1m) (d) and (3).
