Common use of PROVISION OF EXTRA SERVICES Clause in Contracts

PROVISION OF EXTRA SERVICES. Subject to an agreement being reached, the Company agrees to provide to the Municipality the Extra Services, if any, set forth in Schedule “B”, as requested by the Municipality from time to time. The Company is entitled to receive from the Municipality a reasonable amount for full compensation for the provision of the Extra Services in accordance with Schedule “B”. The Company and the Municipality may amend Schedule “B” from time to time upon mutual agreement. Any breach by the Company in connection with the provision of any Extra Services contained in this Agreement will not constitute a breach of a material provision of this Agreement for the purposes of paragraph 9.
