Common use of PROVISION OF EXTRA SERVICES Clause in Contracts

PROVISION OF EXTRA SERVICES. Subject to an agreement being reached on cost and other terms, the Company agrees to provide to the Municipality those Extra Services, if any, as set forth in Schedule “B”, as requested by the Municipality from time to time. The Company is entitled to receive from the Municipality a reasonable amount for the provision of those Extra Services in accordance with Schedule “B”. The Company and the Municipality may amend Schedule “B” from time to time upon mutual agreement.
