PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. As authorized by Section II of this Agreement for the sole and express purpose of financing the Project defined and described in Appendix A of this Agreement, the estimated costs of which are set forth and described in Appendix D of this Agreement, the OPWC hereby agrees to provide financial assistance, subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, from the Clean Ohio Conservation Fund which constitutes the proceeds of the Infrastructure Bonds, in an amount not to exceed One Million, One Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars ($ 1,120,000). This financial assistance shall be provided in the form of a grant.
PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. As authorized by Section 2 of this Agreement for the sole and express purpose of financing the Project defined and described in Appendix A of this Agreement, the estimated costs of which are set forth and described in Appendix D of this Agreement, the OPWC hereby agrees to provide financial assistance, subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, from the State Capital Improvements Fund which constitutes the proceeds of the Infrastructure Bonds, in an amount not to exceed Ninety-Five Thousand, Three Hundred Dollars ($95,300). PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. As authorized by Section 2 of this Agreement for the sole and express purpose of financing the Project defined and described in Appendix A of this Agreement, the estimated costs of which are set forth and described in Appendix D of this Agreement, the OPWC hereby agrees to provide financial assistance, subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, from the State Capital Improvements Fund which constitutes the proceeds of the Infrastructure Bonds, in an amount not to exceed Six Hundred Thirty Thousand, One Hundred Twenty- Three Dollars ($630,123). PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. As authorized by Section II of this Agreement for the sole and express purpose of financing the Project defined and described in Appendix A of this Agreement, the estimated costs of which are set forth and described in Appendix D of this Agreement, the OPWC hereby agrees to provide financial assistance, subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, from the State Capital Improvements Fund which constitutes the proceeds of the Infrastructure Bonds, in an amount not to exceed Four Hundred Thousand Dollars ($400,000). PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. As authorized by Section II of this Agreement for the sole and express purpose of financing the Project defined and described in Appendix A of this Agreement, the estimated costs of which are set forth and described in Appendix D of this Agreement, the OPWC hereby agrees to provide financial assistance, subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, from the State Capital Improvements Fund which constitutes the proceeds of the Infrastructure Bonds, in an amount not to exceed Two Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars ($275,000). PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. As authorized by Section 2 of this Agreement for the sole and express purpose of financing the Project defined and described in Appendix A of this Agreement, the estimated costs of which are set forth and described in Appendix D of this Agreement, the OPWC hereby agrees to provide financial assistance, subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, from the State Capital Improvements Fund which constitutes the proceeds of the Infrastructure Bonds, in an amount not to exceed Three Hundred Twenty-Four Thousand, Nine Hundred Nine Dollars ($324,909). As authorized by Section II of this Agreement for the sole and express purpose of financing the Project defined and described in Appendix A of this Agreement, the estimated costs of which are set forth and described in Appendix D of this Agreement, the OSGCIC hereby agrees to provide financial assistance, subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, from the State Capital Improvements Fund which constitutes the proceeds of the Infrastructure Bonds, in an amount not to exceed Seventy-Four Thousand, Six Hundred Thirty-Six Dollars ($74,636). This financial assistance shall be provided in the form of a Grant. The OSGCIC Grant Control No. is CT21V.

As authorized by Section II of this Agreement for the sole and express purpose of financing the Project defined and described in Appendix A of this Agreement, the estimated costs of which are set forth and described in Appendix D of this Agreement, the OPWC hereby agrees to provide financial assistance, subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, from the State Capital Improvements Fund which constitutes the proceeds of the Infrastructure Bonds, in an amount not to exceed Four Hundred Fifty-Seven Thousand, Nine Hundred Fifty-Two Dollars ($457,952).
