Provision of Funds. Ontario agrees, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement to provide Funds up to the amount set out under Part D.1 of Schedule “D” of this Agreement to the Recipient in accordance with Part D.2 of Schedule “D” of this Agreement. The Recipient is solely responsible for securing any additional funding, if needed, to complete any Project to which the Funds being provided under this Agreement have been directed.
