Provision of Information and Certifications. The Sub-Adviser shall timely provide to the Adviser and the Company, on behalf of the Fund, all information and documentation they may reasonably request as necessary or appropriate in order for the Adviser and the Board to oversee the activities of the Sub-Adviser and in connection with the compliance by any of them with the requirements of the Governing Documents, the Investment Guidelines, the Procedures and any applicable law.
